On the PayPal window, I saw a message saying this is an automatic payment. I do not want to be put on a recurring subscription.

Rest assured that all one-time purchases will be not charged again in the subsequent months. 

Paypal may show a default “billing agreement” statement (which we’re unable to tweak). But don’t worry, there won’t be any forced recurring billing or hidden charges. It will only be billed once according to what you have purchased.
