We now have a self-service feature where you can cancel orders within 12 hours from the time of purchase and before the order will be fulfilled.
To cancel an order within 12 hours, you can refer to the order confirmation email you received from us.
Click on the Visit your order status page > log in with your email address and order # then you should be able to cancel your order from there.
For Autoship order cancellation, you need to log in to your Autoship account, submit a request to cancel your recent order and our friendly customer service team will assist you from there.
For any other request, you can contact us by submitting a request form or you can chat with us via our Live Chat option from our website which is available from 10 am - 7 pm EST Monday to Friday. If we are experiencing overwhelming contacts on our chat feature, your message will automatically be sent to us via email and we will most definitely respond to your query within 24 - 48 hours.
