- Cancelations can only be done for autoships that processed at least 2 payment cycles.
- Refunds are eligible only within 90 days as per our money-back guarantee.
To cancel your subscription, please log in to your Autoship account.
Once you're in, you should see this account page. Click on the “Edit” option then you will be prompted with the Subscription page.
At the bottom of the page, there's an option for you to cancel your Subscription.
After selecting the "Cancel Subscription" option, you'll be prompted with a list of cancellation reasons you can choose from.
Choose the reason that applies then click on Proceed.
Your Autoship subscription should be canceled from here on.
