How can I cancel my Autoship Subscription?

Please note that:

• Upon your agreement on our cancellation policy, cancellations are only permitted for subscriptions that have completed at least three payment cycles
  
  
• Refunds are eligible only within 180 days (that started from Jan 9, 2023 onwards) as per our money-back guarantee.

To cancel your subscription, please log in to your Autoship account.

Once you're in, you should see this account page. Click on the “View Details” option then you will be prompted with the Subscription page.

At the bottom of the page, there's an option for you to cancel your Subscription. 

After selecting the "Cancel Subscription" option, you'll be prompted with a list of cancellation reasons you can choose from.

Choose the reason that applies then click on Proceed.

Your Autoship subscription should be cancelled from here on.
