How can I find out more about my delivery status?

Your tracking number can first be found in the confirmation email sent to your inbox. To enquire the delivery status of your package, you can:

• Visit the link included in your order confirmation email
• Search your tracking number on the courier’s website
• Search your tracking number on our tracking page

If you have lost your order details, you can definitely reach out to our Customer Service team by submitting a request form and a representative will help you recover your tracking number. 

However, we also recommend checking in with your local post office, as they are in direct contact with your package and have the most up-to-date information on your package. When contacting your local post office on the delivery status of your package, you may be prompted to provide your tracking number and proof of identity, so it would be helpful to prepare the relevant information beforehand.
