To overcome that error, ensure the billing address' country is the same as the country registered in the credit card. This is because our payment processor checks this criteria in order to allow the card to pass.
Also, ensure that the card has sufficient funds and is not getting blocked by the bank.
If it still doesn't resolve, let us know all the payment details used (for the card number, just the last 4 digits), so we can contact the app support.
